About Us
The group is composed of international members, working closely with the FAI - World Air Sports federation and the International Gliding Commission, to promote and develop gliding worldwide.
We are aiming at gathering all gliding enthusiasts on a single platform, to develop eSports races.
To make our structure reliable, we decided to divide it into two parts: organizing and broadcasting.
Organizing

Firstly, you need to get Condor 2, the Soaring Simulator. You can buy Condor at a reduced cost here: buy now!
Then you can check the Schedule and register for the next races! Daily multiplayer are also available for training here: Multiplayer.

The entry fee for one event is 3€.
As there will be more than 10 events every year, we strongly recommend the active community to subscribe to the Annual Membership costing 15€.

We do not want to rely on sponsors and partners to make the organization of the FAI events reliable, so we require a very modest fee from each competitor, as there may not be a livestreaming for every single race and/or event.
That is why, when you compete to one of our events, you will be asked to pay an entry fee to cover the fix costs of the event.

The pricing may be adjusted from one year to another, depending on the fix costs of each event.
Nevertheless, those virtual races are built so that everyone in the world can join and compete against each others.
The pricing strategy should not affect the participation of pilots in under-developed countries.

To make our structure reliable, this group and the FAI must be able to pay for the following fix costs: website, servers, medals and diplomas.
Any extra money received would go into the development of Virtual Gliding races.
Broadcasting

We have a great team that is constantly working on improving animations around virtual gliding. We already have 2 years of experience into livestreaming virtual races.

This initiative has been created to offer a better understanding of our sport. We believe that we can develop gliding worldwide with this project, and gain a strong audience while growing the glider pilots’ community.

That is our goal, but it requires a lot of volunteers (and a lot of time) to run a professional livestreaming.
We will always try to livestream the events.

We are using our livestreamings to attract sponsors and partners.
By offering advertising and exposure, we are trying to build a strong and reliable group that would be able to cover any gliding event around the globe.
The money received from sponsors and partners would be invested into materials, new animations, new projects to deliver the best possible show to the public.

Fédération Aéronautique Internationale
The Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (World Air Sports Federation) is the world governing body for air sports, and also stewards definitions regarding human spaceflight. It was founded on 14 October 1905, and is headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland. FAI - International Gliding Commission
All FAI gliding international championships, competitions and record activities are conducted under the direction of the FAI Gliding Commission (IGC). It is the body within the FAI which is responsible for all international aspects of air sports involving gliders (not including hang gliders and paragliders, which belong to the FAI Hang Gliding and Paragliding Commission) and motor gliders. An exception is the sport of gliding aerobatics, which is handled together with powered aerobatics by the FAI Aerobatics Commission.

JustSoaring
Just Soaring is excited and honored to be the lead sponsor of the first ever FAI Virtual Sailplane Grand Prix. Having gone through glider flight school and doing some Condor Soaring races with glider buddies over the years, it became clear there was a real need for a well thought out glider sim rig that can work not only in a flight school or club environment on typical training gliders, but also for more modern high performance flapped gliders.
